The spiritual journey requires perseverance. We are being trained in it by Our Lord. It requires devotion to Jesus and to the spiritual disciplines of prayer, meditation, Scripture reading, Lectio Divina and good works. It can be a grind, at times. But, the fruits of the labor is our growth in faith, hope and love with Jesus.
